I also think it would be helpful for people who post tutorials to be specific: is this intended for individual, non-commercial purposes only or is it up there to do with as one wishes? In as much as the law can/should be specific, I think it's so important for people to be honest and look in their own hearts for the answer: are you blatantly taking someone else's idea, someone else's creativity, and using it yourself for your own gain? Or as you create the kind of thing (a doll, a bag, an item of clothing) of which there are millions (billions?) already out there in the world, are you giving to it your own twist, your own creativity, your own flair?</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12317309/8045773595924497720/comments/default/5829935013191722591'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12317309/8045773595924497720/comments/default/5829935013191722591'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.kristenmary.com/2009/04/new-poll.html?showComment=1242133920000#c5829935013191722591' title=''/><author><name>Jennifer</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/18383220573177416855</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='31' height='32' src='http://bp3.blogger.com/_ja-2F9j3TU8/R_-zdg6I4xI/AAAAAAAAArE/EHLoKhczksc/S220/jen.jpg'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.kristenmary.com/2009/04/new-poll.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12317309.post-8045773595924497720' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/12317309/posts/default/8045773595924497720' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='blogger.itemClass' value='pid-1612427869'/></entry></feed>
