The first photo of my new son, Ronan Fionn. Born on Friday at 5:47pm. 8lbs 3oz 21 inches long. Today is my first day home with him and the only reason I have time to post is because my Mother is over and holding him while I check my email. :-) Otherwise he keeps us on our toes the whole day long. Being a mother is awesome so far (day 3) and every time I pick him up my heart soars. It is amazing after 9 long months that the day has finally come. More photos soon!

He's gorgeous! Congratulations to all of you. I am so glad you are getting help; take it easy, rest as much as you can, know that there are valleys along with the peaks, and enjoy these days that are unlike any others ever will be again.
